To reschedule a class to a later time on the same day
- Parents must inform the management at least 2–3 hours before the regular class time. Supplementary classes will not be provided in the case of a last-minute update.
To reschedule a class to another day
- Inform the management at least 1 hour before the class time.
Supplementary class(es) will be provided by the institute
- If a class is cancelled by the teacher or by the management.
- If a class is disturbed from the teacher's side.
- If a teacher logs in late at class time.
No supplementary class will be provided
- Against gazetted holidays.
- If a student logs in late without prior notice and the teacher has waited for the student.
- For students taking weekend classes, classes cannot be rescheduled more than twice in a month. If a student misses more than 2 lessons in a month, no compensation will be provided.
- For students taking weekday classes, classes cannot be rescheduled more than three times in a month. If a student misses more than 3 lessons in a month, no compensation will be provided.
- A missed class will only be provided after receipt of the monthly fee. Missed lessons have no effect on the due date of the fee, which remains the same.
- Students taking one longer lesson a week will be compensated on another day if they are not available later on that specific day.
How compensation is provided
- A class can be compensated by extending class time by 15 minutes per session until the gap is covered.
- A class can be compensated by a full-duration class in the teacher's vacant time slots or at the weekend.
The institute reserves the right to have classes conducted by a supplementary teacher if the schedule of the regular teacher remains occupied.
