2. Registration and account creation
- To access our services, users must complete the registration process by providing accurate and current information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Free trial classes
- We offer up to three free trial classes for new students. These trials are non-transferable and limited to one set per student.
- To qualify for a free trial, users must complete the trial registration form and provide accurate details.
4. Payment terms
- Fees for classes are detailed on our website or communicated during registration. Payments must be made in advance as per the agreed schedule.

- Non-payment may result in the suspension or termination of your access to our services.
5. Scheduling and attendance
- Students are responsible for attending classes at the scheduled times.
- Rescheduling or cancelling a class must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to notify within this timeframe may result in the forfeiture of that class.
6. Teacher assignments
We assign a teacher based on the student's level, gender preference and availability. We reserve the right to assign a substitute teacher where the regular teacher is unavailable, so that classes are not missed.
7. Content usage and intellectual property
- All content, materials and resources provided during classes are the property of Live Quran Lessons and are protected by copyright law.
- Students may not copy, distribute or reproduce our materials without prior written consent.
8. Code of conduct
- Students must behave respectfully toward teachers and other participants.
- Disrespectful or disruptive behaviour may result in the termination of services without a refund.
9. Limitation of liability
- Live Quran Lessons is not responsible for interruptions, delays or technical issues affecting the availability of classes.
- While we strive to provide quality teaching, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.

11. Changes to these terms
