We usually offer free evaluation classes before regular classes begin, to help students decide whether they are satisfied with both their classes and their teacher.
There are some important key factors that students and parents should note, as they help explain how the refund policy works in practice.
Our refund policy
- If a student attends classes worth five days or more, the fee for the classes attended will be deducted and the rest of the fee will be returned to that student.
- If a student is attending classes regularly and some classes from our side were not delivered, the charges for the missed classes will either be returned or adjusted against the following month's fee.
- If our tutor is unavailable for a class, the charges will be returned or adjusted in the next month's fee.
- Public holidays and Eid holidays stand as paid leave for our tutors and are not refundable.
- A full refund is available if you withdraw before your regular classes start.
- Once regular classes are confirmed and at least one class has been attended, the monthly fee is not refundable in full — only the unattended portion is considered.
Pausing your classes
If you need to pause or hold your classes, any remaining balance can be transferred to the next month's sessions rather than refunded.
How to request a refund
Email us or message our admissions team on WhatsApp with the student name and the month in question. We will confirm the calculation with you before processing.
